Dr. Advice No. 168 (Brain Fag-En) Composition (Ingredients):

• Zincum Brom 3
• Kali Brom 6
• Picric Acid Q
• Phosphoric Acid Q
• Calc Phos 6
• Phosphorus 30

Indication:

Brain fatigue, Lack of sleep, Stress, Exhaustion, Tiredness, Lethargy, Lack of motivation.

Mode of action:

• Zincum Brom 3: 
• Kali Brom 6: Loss of memory, despondency, inability to concentrate mind on any object ; constant worry, fears to see people or to be spoken.
• Picric Acid Q:  Lack of will-power; disinclined to work.
• Phosphoric Acid Q:  Listless. Impaired memory , Cannot collect his thoughts or find the right word. Difficult comprehension.
• Calc Phos 6:  Forgetful; after grief and vexation. Always wants to go somewhere.
• Phosphorus 30:  Great lowness of spirits. Easily vexed. Great tendency to start. Over-sensitive to external impressions. Loss of memory.

Dose:

10 to 15 drops in 1/4th cup of water 3 times daily.
