Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

1 tbsp halim seeds
1 cup thick coconut milk
2–3 tbsp grated jaggery (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Few chopped nuts (almonds/cashews)
Pinch of salt

Halim Coconut Dessert Bowl

A refreshing balance of kokum and coconut, crafted to soothe, cleanse, and complete a meal.

Soak halim seeds in water for 15 minutes until they swell.
In a bowl, mix coconut milk and grated jaggery until dissolved.
Add soaked halim seeds, cardamom, and a pinch of salt.
Mix well and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
