Properties

Granatum(Mother Tincture)

A tincture or trituration of bark of root.

Common Name: Punica granatum, Pomegranate.

Causes & Symptoms for Granatum

• It is used for the expulsion of tenia, tapeworms.
• Pain in abdomen is better after drinking cold water.
• Salivation with nausea and vertigo, improper digestion.
• It helps in raised cholesterol levels and blood pressure
• Itching of the skin of various places, face and body, as if pimples would break out.
• Liquid aliments, and potatoes cause nausea and eructations.

Mind and Head

Pressure on the forehead and the occiput acute drawing pains chiefly on right side of head shooting in forehead

Vertigo on rising, with sensation of emptiness is relieved with Granatum

Eyes, ear, nose

Inflammation of the eyes, as in coryza with weak sight is an indication for this remedy.

Burning heat and dryness of the nostrils is relieved with Granatum.

Mouth and Throat

Dryness of the lips and burning sensation is relieved with Granatum.

Constant accumulation of saliva is an indication for this remedy.

Stomach and abdomen

Painful pressure, fullness, burning sensation, and anxiety felt in the stomach.

Take 10 drops in half cup of water three times a day.
